-This is the original Leica 280/400mm/560mm Apo-Telyt-R with the f2.8 focus module made for the Leica super tele-photo modular lens system. 
-Can be used with the 280/400/560mm lens head to make the Leica Apo-Telyt-R 280mm f2.8 R lens (#11846) or with the 400/560/800mm lens head to make the Leica Apo-Telyt-R 400mm f2.8 R lens (#11847). 
-The 280mm/400mm/560mm head "small" head can also be used for each focal length with either the f2.8, f4, or f5.6 focusing module accordingly.
-An extremely rare lens focus module. An absolute must have for your Leica Modular R lens system.

Together this is a 280mm f.2.8 APO TELYT. MINT with its orignal box, papers, foam fitting, caps and all!
