LEICA LEITZ 90MM SUMMICRON F2 BLACK PAINT SEEOF-M PRE-SET APERTURE LENS RARE!
Extremely early and rare Leica Summicron 90mm f2 chrome M bayonet mount
Made in 1963 in Midland, Ontario, Canada
Extremely late serial number first version. Very unusual example. Serial number indicates it was made in 1963 but production ended in 1962.
An extremely rare all black chrome - BLACK PAINT* ( *considered black paint series much like the 35mm f2 8 element - never made in actual paint but referred to as BLACK PAINT verison ) with the with the dual scale red/white feet/meter focus scale.
This is a very VERY rare lens. The 120th example, 1st batch of the VERSION II Summicron 90mm but actually this is a VERSION I proper with the scalloped focusing ring and a very RARE preset aperture.
Already very hard to find a preset version in the chrome finish but to have a black paint version is near impossible and a must have with your black paint M3, M2 or M4.
