This is a very interesting M6 camera. Through the viewfinder it looks like there has been an additional coating purplish/orange and when looking through, there is a tint but the rangefinder is clean and lifelike so it gives a great contrast and actually makes it easier to focus clearly and accurately.

Vintage SM LTM cameras had an additional orange filter attachment for contrast focusing and looks like the same on this M6 but built into the viewfinder.

There is some deterioration on the back door bubbling on the black chrome but this is just cosmetic

A wonderful camera and an all-time classic. The EARLY WETZLAR LEITZ marked camera. These were better built and better made over the later M6 CLASSIC bodies as many all metal parts were taken from the earlier cameras.
