An experimental prototype production - never went into production or sold to the public

At that time, it was specifically for the Tele-Elmarit-M 2.8/90mm. It can also be used with other tele lenses including your 90mm f2, 135mm, the 75mm 1.4, and Tri-Elmar lenses. 

As long as it is an M mount and clearance for the front extended glass prism.

Turn your Summicron 90mm 2 into a 135mm f3, or your Summilux 75mm 1.4 into a 110mm f2

This extremely rare piece is rangefinder coupled and compatible with Digital or Film M mount camera bodies. 

Overall condition is mint 9/10. 

No dings, dents, scratches or major marks. 

Very clean and pretty. 

The glass is clean and clear and working perfectly.

This listing includes the original and specific Leica Extender-M 1.5x front lens cap.

These are near impossible to find. 

They are very useful and practical prototype accessories that are fully functional

Rangefinder coupled, ready to use, enjoy, collect and treasure.

I have seen only 1 other in the last 25+ years being sold at auction.

With only x20 ever made and probably fewer survived as a prototype piece after nearly 50 year.

I doubt you will find another one for sale any time soon.
