This is a very rare and wonderful camera.
Most of the upgraded cameras had the flash sync dial around the shutter speed dial added as a ring and screw in plate. This one was done on the actual black paint top plate.
Also, the camera viewfinder and rangefinder are of the Leica II/III so this upgrade may have been done in part, first to a Leica III and then to a Leica IIIF.

A very interesting camera.
-"The cherry on top" is that the camera also includes a rare Black Paint matching patina SCNOO rapid winder
These winders are hard to find and this one matches the beautiful black paint and chrome finish to the camera and overall condition/patina.
These were kept together.
