The safety and well-being of our customers and employees are our number one priority. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, here's what we're doing to guarantee a safe shopping for you:
- We're increasing the frequency of disinfection at all of our employees work stations.
- Since we are a small company, we allow up to a maximum of two employees working at a time.
- We no longer allow any visitor to our showroom without prior appointment
- We are all observing social distancing and other health and safety protocols throughout the office.
- Our employees wash their hands regularly and disinfect shipping materials before we ship out orders.
- Our employees have very limited interaction with our shipping partner associates. Every shipment with Canada Post is now scheduled digitally and picked up at our designated station with very minimal interaction with their pickup associate. Shipments with UPS and FedEx have been done digitally.
