Made in Wetzlar, Germany 1951
This camera started life as a Leica IIIC sharkskin camera body, which was then
sent back to Leica to be upgraded to a IIIF self timer camera.
The upgrade included the flash sync port on the rear of the top plate,
the flash sync black dial around the shutter speed dial, the ISO reminder
in the film advance knob and finally the Self timer.
This camera still has its original sharkskin textured vulcanite.

Okaro rangefinder filter increases the visibility of the rangefinder patch
by making it Orange. Much easier to focus

To find a IIIC sharkskin is already nice to have.
