-All Leica M4-2 bodies were made in Canada very few were marked " LEITZ WETZLAR
4 frame ( 35mm, 50mm, 90mm and 135mm )
-Black chrome finish
-Modeled after the original M4 but with the self timer removed and allows for the use of the Leica Motor-Winder-M to shoot up to 3fps
These are the earliest camera where there were a few top plates marked MADE IN CANADA but also had the German WEZTLAR LEITZ logo.

A nice camera overall
-Top and bottom plates show signs of use
-Very small Leatherette loss below the lens and by the base plate mount which is normal.

-Lugs and rewind are clean.
A small impression at the very corner by the MADE IN CANADA engraving on the top plate - Very minor and in some angle you can't even see it.
Camera show some use but overall nice!

I recently sold one of these for over $3000.
These very early M4-2 cameras are hard to come by.
